“We have listed the girl’s announcement, wherein she alleged that her husband
was raping her for the previous nine months. He sexually assaulted her in the night when everyone was asleep. He was able to gag her mouth and then rape her.
She’s two brothers,” Patel explained. Her parents and brothers act as farm labourers.
The lady’s brother is, however, on the run.
Authorities have booked her brother under Section 376 rape and sections of Prevention of Sexual Offences Against Children (POCSO) would be invoked following the girl’s
