Official sources told news agency GNS that Iqbal Bhat son of Manzoor Ahmad of Khasipora Shopian received a serious bullet wound in his abdomen in government forces action during clashes in Kachdoora.
Iqbal was immediately taken to nearby hospital where from he was referred to SKIMS Soura where he succumbed to injuries this evening.A senior police officer confirmed the killing of fourth civilian.
